What are your rental hours?

Pick-up and Drop-off is available between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Book online anytime.

Are rentals available for same-day pickup?

Yes. We offer same-day pickup, and most trailers can be ready within 30 minutes of booking. For high-demand days or specific dates, we recommend booking early to guarantee availability.

Do you offer multi day booking?

Choose the rental length that fits your schedule. Longer reservations come with progressively lower rates.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit cards, and all major credit cards. A credit card must be kept on file for the security hold and any incidental charges associated with the rental.

Are there discounts for longer rentals?

We offer multi-day discounts. Discounts are automatically applied at checkout.

Towing & Safety

Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?

Towing capacity varies by vehicle, engine, drivetrain, trim, and factory equipment. Before renting, make sure your vehicle is rated to tow the trailer plus the weight of your load.
Not sure what your vehicle can tow? Check your owner's manual or use a reputable towing-capacity lookup based on your vehicle's year, make, model, and trim.
How to Find Your Vehicle's Towing Capacity If you're still unsure, contact us with your vehicle information and what you're planning to haul, and we'll help point you in the right direction.

Are tie-downs or straps included?

Yes, your rental includes tie-down points and ratchet straps for secure loading.

Can I tow the trailer out of state?

Yes, out-of-state travel is allowed within the United States. Our rates are based on rental duration only, not mileage.

What if the trailer breaks down during my rental?

We maintain our trailers to high standards, but if a breakdown occurs during your rental, call us at 815-367-8900. We'll help troubleshoot the issue and arrange support as needed to keep your rental on track.
