1. Website Use

Our website provides trailer information, availability, online booking, and customer support. You agree to use it lawfully and not submit fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access information or systems without authorization.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.

2. Inquiries, Reservations & Rental Agreement

Submitting an inquiry or requesting availability does not reserve a trailer or obligate you to rent.

Reservations are handled through our booking system. Review your selected trailer, rental dates, charges, and booking policies before submitting payment. Check your reservation confirmation and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.

All rentals require a separate rental agreement and completion of the applicable rental requirements before pickup. Rental charges, security deposits, cancellations, late returns, insurance, damage responsibility, and trailer use are governed by the applicable booking terms and rental agreement.

These Website Terms do not replace or change your rental agreement. If they conflict with the rental agreement concerning a rental, the rental agreement controls.

3. Website Information & Availability

We work to keep trailer descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors or delays in updates may occur. Browsing a listing or submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability.

We may correct website information as needed. Corrections do not automatically change an existing confirmed reservation or signed rental agreement. Contact us if you notice a discrepancy in your booking.

4. Text Messages & Other Communications

We use the contact information you provide to respond to inquiries and manage your rental, including confirmations, rental forms, pickup and return instructions, reminders, invoices, and customer support.

If you opt in to text messages, you may receive messages for these purposes, including automated messages. Promotional text messages require separate marketing consent. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase or rental.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or contacting us directly. We also honor other reasonable requests to stop receiving messages. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.

Opting out of text messages does not cancel your reservation or change your rental obligations. Contact us to arrange another way to receive necessary rental instructions. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe option in those messages.

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Privacy

Unless otherwise identified, the text, photographs, logos, and other materials on this website are owned by or licensed to Trailer Pros LLC.

You may view and print information for personal use related to a rental. Other reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder, except as permitted by law.

8. Website Disclaimers & Liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the extent permitted by law, Trailer Pros LLC disclaims implied warranties concerning the website and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website.

This section concerns website use and does not replace the provisions governing an actual rental. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last Updated” date. Updates apply prospectively and do not retroactively change existing rental agreements. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.

These Terms are governed by Illinois law and applicable federal law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
